Not sure what your username is?
Your Schoolbox username is the email address that you receive Compass and school emails on.

Forgot your password?
Your password is the same password you use for your school computer login.
You can reset it yourself on your laptop at school. If you have forgotten it, you will need to go and visit the IT office for help.
Not sure what your username is?
Your Schoolbox username is the same 5 digit code you use for your computer login.
Some other issue?
Talk to your teacher or go and see the IT guys. Email??

Forgot your password?
You can reset your Schoolbox password when you reset your computer password. Use Control-Alt-Delete to choose the option to change your password. You will need to know your current password. If you have forgotten it, you will need to send a helpdesk request or visit the IT guys.
Not sure what your username is?
Your Schoolbox username is the same as your username for your computer (first initial+surname).
